Experienced Sous Chef for new fine dining restaurant in Teaneck, NJ. Must be familiar with cooking seafood, pastas and beef dishes. We are looking for someone who is a chef not a line cook! You will have to show that you know how to filet seafood, cook and prepare various dishes. Experience with seafood, pasta, steak and pork a must! We will train the right candidate, but we will not pay to train anyone who does not already know how to cook. This position is part time to start, but may go full time very quickly. We are looking for someone that can learn to be a leader and works well on a team. Please send your resume and pictures of your work only.
