Bagels by Jarrett (don't let the name fool you, we are an upscale takeout restaurant and pizza slice shop) is searching for a second in command in the kitchen. Sou Chef would be responsible for the following:
Pasta Making (extruding machine, if you can make pasta by hand even better, will train the right person)
Assisting current head chef with prep and service
Catering assistance
