basic knowledge of Italian food & wine to join our team.
Job Requirements:
- Two year’s experience in a reputable restaurant
- Proficiency with POS systems
- High Levels of Genuine Hospitality
- Serving tables indoors and outdoors
- Coursing items
- Menu knowledge of food and beverages
- Basic bartending skills
- Setting and clearing tables as part of the team
- Settling payment transactions
- Relationship building with guests
