Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to order
Follow recipes and presentation standards
Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are met
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Assist with inventory and stock rotation
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Passion for cooking and attention to detail
