Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Build positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a cash register and processing payments.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and sanitized dining area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
