We are currently seeking a Manager. The candidate will assist in achieving:
Quality Management (Food, Service, Cleanliness Standards)
People Leadership and Role Model (Respect, Professionalism, and Attitude)
The candidate will be responsible for managing smooth transitions with shift changes,
creating and assisting with staff schedules, flexibility to jump into any position when needed (register, bar, serving, expediting)
Requirements we are looking for:
At least 1-3 years restaurant management experience.
A passion for the food service industry, fast learner and adaptable.
High energy level, must be able to work in varying work schedules weekdays, weekends and including holidays.
Thrive in fast pased, high volume environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
Comfortability with frequent decision-making and troubleshooting.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications is a plus .
