Front of the House Manager
A well-established Restaurant is looking for a passionate and experienced “Front of the House Manager” to join our team and lead the way in creating memorable guest experiences.
Position Overview:
As the Front of the House Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will lead a dynamic team, maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register Management: Be hands-on at the register, taking phone orders and assisting customers directly.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Staff Scheduling: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Inventory and Supplies: Coordinate with vendors to maintain proper stock of front-of-house supplies.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff and ownership to maintain smooth communication and service.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Front of the House Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with reservation and POS systems.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
