Nestled in the historic Havemeyer Mansion, which was once occupied by George Washington, our steak house offers a unique culinary experience. We are excited to announce the opening of our new live outdoor venue, and we are looking for talented kitchen staff to join our team.

Prep/Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
Cook:
Prepare and cook menu items to perfection
Ensure all dishes are made to high standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Grill Master:
Masterfully grill meats to guests’ specifications
Manage the grill station, ensuring quality and consistency
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes
Prep/Dishwasher:
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and utensils
Ensure dishwashing and sanitation procedures are followed
Requirements:
Proven experience in a kitchen setting
Strong understanding of food safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
