Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher / Prep Cook. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for washing dishes, kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment. Additionally, you will assist the kitchen staff with food prep tasks, such as chopping vegetables, organizing ingredients, and ensuring that the kitchen is stocked and ready for service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure kitchen supplies are stocked and ready for use.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards.
- Support kitchen staff during meal preparation and service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
