Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Take orders and accurately enter them into our POS system.
Maintain a clean and organized work space.
Handle cash transactions and give customers the correct change.
Answer phone calls and provide information about our menu
Take orders via phone, online and in-person.
Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered to customers promptly.
We are looking for motivated, energetic and self driven individuals
□Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
□Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
□Ability to work well under pressure and handle busy shifts.
□Punctuality and reliability are essential.
□Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
□Must be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment.
