Sorellina & Sirenetta are looking for an experienced pastry cook to join our team. This role will focus on baking fresh breads, preparing homemade seasonal desserts, and creating house-made gelato. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a love for seasonal ingredients, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
Bake breads and assist with daily pastry production
Prepare seasonal desserts using fresh, local ingredients
Produce and maintain quality gelato
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry station
Collaborate with the culinary team to support menu execution
Requirements:
Previous pastry/baking experience preferred
Strong work ethic and passion for pastry arts
Ability to work part-time, including weekends and holidays during the season
