EMBER & EAGLE & TILLINGHOUSE
We are looking for a Pastry Cook with light experience or out of culinary school who can work well with a small team of 3 and consistently turn out beautiful desserts. Our Pastry Chef changes the menu with the seasons and executes all wedding cakes, gelato, breads, cookies, breakfast items, ala carte desserts, petit fours and sweets for private events as well as ala carte. We are looking for someone with passion in the pastry department and wants to learn and grow!
Flexible schedule and weekends are a must.
The pastry department looks after Ember & Eagle restaurant and Tillinghouse , private events.
