Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations.
Manage and train staff to ensure top-tier service.
Maintain high food quality and safety standards.
Handle inventory, budgets and scheduling.
Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
What We're looking for:
Previous experience in restaurant management.
Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Passion for food, hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
Looking to cover these days and potentially more shifts;
Sundays and Saturdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesdays and Fridays 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
