Busy catering company seeks motivated, enthusiastic Morning Logistics Supervisor
-Hours 5 or 6am to 1 or 2pm/ overtime hours available
-Oversee and pack all AM catering deliveries according to delivery schedule and order forms
-Work with other catering and kitchen staff to insure timely and accurate deliveries
-Accompany driver on deliveries when support is needed
-Collaborate with PM supervisor on inventory of catering supplies and other daily tasks
-Equipment and warehouse maintenance
-Special delivery check-in (kosher meals, floral)
-On-site event support when needed (event set-up, waiter, driver)
-Assisting with morning unload of vans
-Assist Stewards with packing support when needed
-Perform administrative tasks (brew schedules, delivery schedules)
-Must be able to climb stairs and lift 40lbs
-Work collaboratively with diverse staff
-Read/write/speak fluent English. Spanish a plus
