We are seeking a skilled Meat Utility Clerk to join our team.
The Meat Utility Clerk will be responsible for serving meat cuts in a precise and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Carve and slice meat cuts according to customer preferences and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the carving area and Meat room.
- Monitor and replenish meat supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing any inquiries or special requests
- Operate weight scale and handle packages accurately
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary arts, food preparation, or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food service operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
- Understanding of kitchen safety and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining quality standards
