Looking for an Experienced kitchen helper

Interview required. Apply with solid knife skills. Asian restaurant background preferred. We are looking for an experienced part time (potentially full time) kitchen helper immediately to prepare vegetables and meats, package to go foods, cleaning dishes and cleaning floors after shift. You do not need to cook anything when just starting. But solid knife skills required. Around 4-7 hours per day, must be flexible. Hands-on Interview in a kitchen setting required, around 15-30minutes(unpaid). Must be able to do simple math for measurements. You must be flexible and willing to learn.
