We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. We’re currently filling full and part-time positions with real room for advancement. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and working the line, in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Ensure the kitchen meets all sanitary and safety standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to provide exceptional dining experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Culinary certification or degree is a plus
