Some responsibilities are:
Preparing all food items to order, following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits
Grilling raw and prepped foods to order and to requested temperature
Preparing assigned items
Ensuring production processes, quality standards and deadlines are met
Ensuring our product meets the meal specifications and the utmost quality standards at all times
Ensure hygiene requirements and food safety standards are tulfilled
Work with team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed
Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product If you have kitchen experience, there's are role for you!
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and follow procedures
Ability to work on your feet for long period of time
High level of professionalism
Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
