This could be somebody who has a year of experience in a serious kitchen or somebody with many years who might be a sous chef quickly.
Must have a good work ethic, be calm and courteous and be have great sanitation cleaning and organizational skills.Must have very good personal hygeine.
We are a 60 seat byob establishment with 2 course, 3 course and 5 course menus.
Unless ther is a holiday or special event we are closed monday and tuesday.
