Line Cook should be able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, perfectly executing each duty in a timely and organized fashion;

Responsibilities;
-Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
-Preparing food and cooking main appetizers and entrees
-Plating prepared foods according to managements preferences
-Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
-Cleaning the kitchen and storing away equipment and food at the end of shift
-Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
