Responsibilities:
Master all ingredients and preparations on the menu.
Prep and maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized station.
Execute dishes with precision, timing, and teamwork during service.
Stay calm under pressure while following direction from kitchen leadership.
Promote a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining, high-volume kitchen.
Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Culinary school training is a plus.
