We are Seeking a Line Cook
- A strong foundation in cooking techniques, Salads, Sandwiches, Burgers
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Capacity to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and coordinate food preparation to ensure timely delivery for events.
- Endurance to stand for extended periods, lift heavy pots or trays, and work in a fast-paced environment during peak hours.
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep is often preferred, although some employers may provide on-the-job training for candidates with strong culinary backgrounds.
Steady daytime hours Monday - Friday with additional catering work in the morning or offsite events.
2+ Years experience preferred.
