Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes according to our recipes.
- Have a extended knowledge on classic cocktails and be able to perform on a fast paced environment.
- Ensure high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Lead Cooks will oversee kitchen operations and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen/Bar experience preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Leadership experience required for Lead Cooks.
- Open Availability.
