Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Weekend Server or Host. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during our busiest times, ensuring they have an unforgettable dining experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your duties will include:
Greeting guests with a warm welcome and seating them promptly
Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them accurately and efficiently
Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions guests may have
Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
Handling cash and credit card transactions in accordance with restaurant policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights, as well as Sunday afternoons
Hoboken Bar Card will be required, can be obtained upon hiring.
