This is a full-time Front of House Restaurant Manager position. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service operations, participating in the hiring process, managing communication within the team, and overseeing food & beverage services. Qualifications

Job Duties:
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and handling complaints
- Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
- Appraising staff performance and disciplining or retraining employees to correct poor performance
