Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Make sandwiches, salads, coffees, bag up orders, and ensure each customer gets the right one!
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.
- Handle cash and card transactions securely.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Must speak english and Spanish
- Must be able to lift 50lb (cream cheese, potatoes, etc)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Hours are Tuesday - Friday 6am-2pm and Saturday and Sunday 7am-2pm
