Silvio’s Villa a beloved Italian eatery located in Warwick, NY is looking for an energetic, friendly, and service-oriented Server/Bartender to join our front-of-house team.
Our expectations:
Provide warm, attentive service to guests, creating a memorable dining experience.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu suggestions and pairing wines or cocktails when appropriate.
Mix and serve drinks at the bar with speed, precision, and flair (for Bartender shifts).
Maintain a clean and organized station and uphold all health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant (Italian dining experience a plus).
Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and Italian cuisine is highly valued.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Must be 18+
