Experienced with customer service and team work oriented.
Duties:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Escort customers to assigned tables.
Manage reservations.
Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting list.
Answer incoming calls and address customer queries.
Take orders accurately and efficiently on the phone
Maintain a clean reception area.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concern or questions.
Assist with bussing and resetting tables.
Coordinate with staff about available seating options.
Process payments using POS (Micros)
Adhere to opening and closing side duties.
