As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the face and voice of our brand—handling customer inquiries on the day to day, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves our guests feeling delighted. You’ll also support marketing initiatives, contribute to in-store displays and promotions, and help craft stunning charcuterie boards that showcase your eye for detail and love of good food.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Retail Support
Deliver top-tier service in person, via phone, and online
Assist with sales, product questions, and special orders
Maintain product knowledge and offer recommendations tailored to customer preferences
Help keep the store visually appealing and organized
Light cleaning to maintain store cleanliness
Marketing & Brand Engagement
Assist with creating and scheduling social media content
Support events, tastings, and in-store promotions
Provide feedback from customers to help refine marketing campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns and product launches
Charcuterie & Product Presentation
Assemble artisanal charcuterie boards for events, orders, and in-store displays
Maintain high standards of food safety and presentation
Educate customers about pairings, flavor profiles, and product sourcing
Assist in training staff on charcuterie techniques if needed
Qualifications:
2+ years in customer service or retail roles
Experience in marketing, social media, or event planning is a plus
Hands-on experience with charcuterie or gourmet food preparation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Instagram)
Drivers License
