Bergen County Traditional Italian restaurant is looking to rebrand and seeking creative and passionate chefs to help
introduce innovative, interesting, gourmet dishes, and specials as well as maintain the staple traditional Italian dishes on menu.
The following position are available with flexible start dates:
-Executive Head Chef (Full Time) - to lead, oversee, and create new Italian dishes.
-Line Cook (Part Time and Full Time)
-Sauté Chef (Part Time and Full Time)
-Servers (Part Time and Full Time)
-Early AM Prep Chef (Full time) - Prepping sauces, dough, foods for the week
-Catering / Event Staff (Bartenders, Busters, Banquet Manager)
Please send resume, at least 1 reference, and your weekly / hourly rate (for Chef positions).
Ideally (not required) for Head Executive chef - we prefer someone who see's cooking as art vs just a J O B.
