We are seeking individuals to fill the Busser position.
Essential Responsibilities BUSSERS:
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY.
Be conscious and aware of course progression for each table or guest (Drinks, Appetizer, Main Course, Dessert, Coffee)
Clear finished plates, silverware and necessary glassware from guests' tables upon completion of each course
All actions must be taken with the guests' best interest in mind to properly communicate their needs and avoid customer complaints
Communicate with waitstaff regarding guest requests
Work as a team with servers, bartenders, food runners and other bussers
Setup and Reset tables according to time of day (Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Late-night)
Ensure washrooms are cleaned, sanitized and up to par with supplies
Ensure that floors are swept and free of debris at all times during service
Complete opening, closing and weekly side work duties
Shifts Available:
7AM - 3:30PM
3PM - 11:30PM
Qualified Candidates will have or will be:
Joyful, outgoing, guest-centric individuals who have a passion for great food, great beer & wine, and fresh made cocktails, served with care and consistency
Team players with a strong ethic and dedicated to the hospitality craft
Responsible and Timely, willing to take direction
At least 1 year of prior experience as a food runner in a well-rated restaurant
Ability to read and speak English
Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift
Ability to carry trays up to 40lbs
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
