Seeking a FT/PT Bakery Assistant who is willing to learn and adapt to our amazing culture. Our Bakery assistant will integrate into our team to help facilitate daily preparation and production of our baked goods while ensuring the highest level of quality in our brand new and state of the art kitchen. Baking, Cleaning, Packaging and assisting is a focus of this job along with helping customers when needed. Growth opportunity available from this position.
SUNDAYS/MONDAYS OFF
Job Qualifications:
Minimal or no experience required.
Professional work ethic and effective communication skills.
Ability to take direction and follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
Ability to stand or walk throughout the day, lift and carry 25-50 pounds
Ability to work Saturdays
Work Ethic: You're punctual, quick on your feet, and a team player. You're always on time and rarely call out. Not the last person in and the first person out.
Reliability and accountability is vital since we are a small business.
Great attitude and demeanor to add value to our amazing team is a must.
Must understand and speak English since we are dealing with allergies.
Must understand and have working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Your friends should know you as a clean and well kept person.
Food handler's certification (we will assist with this once hired)
