Upscale Speakeasy Steakhouse looking for a restaurant floor manager with fine dining experience (3 years +) to operate two entities, the restaurant and the cigar lounge. The Floor Manager helps lead daily operations of the restaurant and is responsible for overseeing and managing Front of the House operations, including hospitality, staff management, financial performance and physical restaurant maintenance. They are responsible for all aspects of the service and beverage programs, ensuring that they are executed at the highest standards. Above all they must actively embody, inspire and teach the restaurant culture to all employees.
Some responsibilities include:
Supervising staff and ensuring guests receive high-quality service
Maintaining cleanliness around the premises.
Hiring, training, developing staff
Committing to learning food knowledge, wine and service
Managing OT & Labor for FOH
Comply with all safety, health and beverage regulations in order to protect against all legal liability
Knowledge with Platforms Toast, Seven Rooms, & Sling
Entering nightly sales information
Entering Invoices, scanning invoices
Inventory on smallwares
