As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, managing a team of dedicated staff members, and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained
You will work closely with the General Manager to drive business growth and uphold our reputation for excellence
Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
Manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a skilled team
Utilize Toast POS system for order processing and sales tracking
Uphold quality standards in all aspects of food service operations
