Authorized Officer, IT Support Analyst

UBS Business Solutions US LLC in Weehawken, NJ seeks an Authorized Officer, IT Support Analyst to analyze technical data processing problems for applications including Back Office, Wealth Planning, Insurance, and retirement products to maintain primary online web and mobile banking application for the bank. Involved in project planning, budgeting and resource allocations and executions, Document processes and reporting for all senior management Governance Dashboard updates and weekly senior management/stakeholders meetings. Work with application security analysts to handle data security and integrity. Involved in security patching and all other intra related activities. Act as Incident Manager, responsible for supporting system stability, reliability, and performance through automation procedures. Train team on technologies, process and growth. Involved in development life cycle (requirement, documentation, coding, developing test plans and release). Plan/manage changes and other deployment activities following change management processes. Execute support and maintenance tasks for the assigned applications. Reduce manual intervention on critical batch processing initiatives by performing automated repeated tasks, data processing monitoring, quality assurance, and development activities. Serve as application's primary technical point of contact, facilitate and coordinate customer requirements, and support integration efforts. Provide input and vote on production go/no go decisions. Maintain trackers and matrix of all tasks performed.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study plus at least two (2) years of experience in the job offered or at least two (2) years of experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or related occupation.
