Looking for someone with experience in taking measurements for making simple construction floor plans (2D floor plans only, we don't do 3D). Most job sites are small houses or commercial spaces, i.e. a restaurant etc.
If you don't have experience in measuring but know CAD, then we may still consider you if you're open to learn how to measure.
Ideal for architectural/engineering students or someone looking for side work.
You will be paid via 1099. Part-time basis only for now, 10-20 hrs per week. Some work can be done on weekends as well but you should have some weekday availability.
The CAD work can be done remotely.
Bilingual is a plus. If you have your own transportation that is preferred but we are open to someone who is local who uses public transportation as well although you will probably get less hours as not all of our jobs are local, for some it's not practical to take public transportation.
