Cabinet Shop Production CNC and Drawings Manager
We are a well-established woodworking shop located in North Jersey, specializing in custom millwork. We are currently seeking an experienced Millwork Guru to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and analyze woodworking projects
Prepare plans for our skilled woodworkers
Oversee the production process of custom woodworking elements, including cabinets
Contribute to the overall growth and development of our woodworking shop
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Millwork Engineer in the woodworking industry
Advanced technical skills in woodworking
Proficient in reading technical drawings
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player with creative problems solving abilities
CNC programming skills (even basic, if other skills are in place, we can teach but person need to be computer savvy)
