Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to teach all aspects of medical billing and coding. This is a part-time, professional position. The primary responsibility will be to teach insurance and coding courses.
Requirements:
Certificate of Completion or Diploma in Medical Billing & Coding; associate degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience in the medical billing industry
Working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding.
Medical Billing Software experience.
Knowledge of HIPAA and current industry-related regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
Prior teaching experience preferred
