Seeking a "People Person" to help grow education and training-related businesses. Ideal for a college student, retiree, or stay-at-home mom or dad with free time while kids are in school.
Proposed schedule: 10 AM - 1 PM or Noon - 3 pm, Monday–Thursday
Support business owner with a wide variety of tasks to include:
- Interface with clients and prospective clients by phone, email and in the office
- Welcome visitors
- Act as a sounding board/devil's advocate for ideas and initiatives
- Collaborate on determining daily and weekly priorities
- Draft, proofread and edit communications
- Execute tasks for small projects
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
- Assist in updating websites to ensure information is current and accurate
- Maintain office orderliness and cleanliness (a cleaning person comes in weekly)
