We are looking for a reliable and responsible candidate for Technical Support Agent in Little Ferry, NJ.
Ability to identify, diagnose, and solve unique and complex product-specific technical problems.
Ability to understand wiring diagrams and other technical information.
Robust technical troubleshooting and triage skills respective to Home Appliance products
Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal skills – able to interact and de-escalate situations with the customer.
Written communication skills – able to document content of calls quickly and concisely.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday
9AM - 6PM
Location: Little Ferry, NJ
Pay rate: $17
