Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile
Looking only in between the ages of 21-25
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secret Shopper for a unique retail evaluation project. The role involves visiting convenience stores to purchase vapes and cigarettes while observing and assessing customer service, product availability, store cleanliness, and adherence to legal age restrictions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is responsible, observant, and enjoys working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct covert visits to assigned convenience stores within your designated area.
Purchase vapes and cigarettes to assess availability and pricing.
Evaluate customer service, including staff behavior, helpfulness, and knowledge.
Assess store cleanliness, organization, and product placement.
Ensure that all transactions comply with legal age requirements (21+).
Report findings accurately and in a timely manner via an online reporting tool.
Take photographs of the store, products, and any other relevant information for documentation purposes.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
