Werner Aero has an immediate need for a repair administrator to work in their Mahwah, NJ office on a full-time basis. We are seeking a master multitasker and communicator to provide dynamic cross-functional support to ensure that outbound and inbound repair orders are performed by our vendors in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal repair administrator is an energetic, quick learning professional who is very detail oriented. The position provides an opportunity to grow within the company.
Duties include but not limited to:
Communicating with vendors regarding repair orders
Processing and tracking all repair orders
Maintaining open repair order journal; keeping current dates of all open orders
Researching and identifying qualified vendors
Managing purchase orders with vendors
Desired Skills & Experience
Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail
Comfortable in expediting work orders with vendors
High energy personality, bright, engaging, and a team player
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
