We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves dispatching work orders for inspection and maintenance of fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and fire sprinkler systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently dispatch work orders for fire safety inspections and maintenance.
Manage service technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain exceptional communication with clients and technicians.
Qualifications:
Experience in managing service technicians is highly desirable.
Familiarity with NFPA Standards is a plus.
Exceptional phone and computer skills are a must.
Compensation:
Competitive starting pay of up to $26.00 per hour.
