We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations in an entry-level role. This position is ideal for those returning to the workforce. You’ll assist with client communication, paperwork, and administrative tasks. Fluency in English is required (Spanish is a plus), and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. QuickBooks experience is helpful but not necessary (training provided).
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone and email.
Manage paperwork, filing, and office documentation.
Perform basic financial and administrative tasks (QuickBooks training provided).
Answer phones, schedule delivery appointments, and enter data, and general office duties.
Required Skills:
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred:
Office or administrative experience.
QuickBooks knowledge or basic bookkeeping skills.
