North New Jersey Start-Up Residential and Commercial Cleaning Company. We are seeking
a reliable, self-motivated Lead Agent for maintaining the cleanliness of buildings and homes, by performing tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, disinfecting surfaces, replenishing supplies, and following cleaning protocols to ensure a hygienic environment; you may also perform minor maintenance tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
You may be required to perform some light lifting and driving to various local business and residential properties on a daily basis.
Effective customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lead and manage your own team of cleaners/drivers.
Must pass a background check, and have a good driving record.
Must be able to maintain 5 star service experience.
Must maintain on-time attendance.
Must be friendly, professional, organized, and responsible.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and up to 8+ hour shifts.
Must live within 30 minutes from Parsippany, New Jersey.
Must own a reliable vehicle.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older, eligible to work in the United States.
