Facilities Coordinator - Dispatcher
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 an hour with experience
Employment type: full-time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (In Office)
After Hours - after work can do this from home (2-3 times a month on average)

Job Responsibility:
Applicant must be detailed oriented, ability to multi-task, enforce company procedures, maintain a positive personality with internal and external customers. The scheduler/ coordinator must recognize standard tools and general construction terms and parts
The position requires scheduling of technicians and subcontracts across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada to ensure they perform installations, repairs, upgrades properly and ensure we complete work in a timely manner. Applicant shall be capable of maintaining a dispatch board for on time performance, status updates, progress and follow up. Position requires quality assurance of all service paperwork, reports, invoices and photos. Applicant must be capable of preparing estimates and calculating margins/mark-ups. After Hrs work will be required
Requirements:
The position requires the ability to manage multiple company divisions and trades, be detailed oriented, able to multi-task, heavy on the phones , and assist in company dispatching.
Applicant must excel in problem solving, computer oriented and time management. Microsoft Office knowledge is key especially in but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good communication skills; verbal and written. Follow up skills and proper grammar are a must. Must be professional at all times and lead by example. Typing Speed 40 wpm minimum and you may be tested during the interview. Punctuality is a must.

Monday- Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM plus after hours when required
