Remodeling company is seeking an efficient full-time Administrative Assistant to work in our Bergen County office from 8am - 6pm. We are Roof4Roof, a family of brands specializing in exterior and interior remodeling services in Northern and Central NJ since 1990. Our mission is to help at-risk children and families by donating a portion of our company profits from every project. Since 2010, we've helped over 1300 families in the US and overseas, while donating nearly $1,500,000.
The ideal candidate will possess an excellent work ethic, good phone skills, positive attitude, punctuality, loyalty and common sense. Must be able to perform multiple tasks & switch between tasks. The position requires assisting our team with incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, A/R, A/P, as well as, other duties. You must devote your full attention to this position, without distraction, during work hours. Weekly salary range will be $1,000 -$1,200. At this time, we do not offer health insurance.
