We are currently looking for a Csutomer Service/ Sales Administrator with previous experience working in a fast pace office enviroment. The right candidate must be comfortable working independantly, posseses great communication skills and pays attention to detail.
We will only interview candidates with previous office experience.

Job duties listed below but not limited to:
Receiving and processing sale orders via phone and email
Checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices
Maintaining sales records and compiling monthly sales reports as needed
Providing clerical and organizational support to the sales team
Tracking orders, processing paperwork, and maintaining the customer database accurately
Handling customer questions, requests, and complaints over the phone or via email
Collaborates with the sales manager on inventory and price list
Daily aaplication of customer payments and processing bank deposits
Possessing strong skills in communication, organization, and time management.
