Role Overview:
We're seeking a motivated, dedicated, and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Collaborating with the CS Team, estimation, and production units, this role reports directly to the CS Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone or in-person to offer product information, process orders, and address concerns.
Accurately input orders into the ERP system, maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
Ensure effective resolution of customer issues by verifying appropriate changes and providing seamless support from order entry to fulfillment.
Timely address customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries with precision and professionalism.
Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Engineering teams to resolve major customer issues and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Generate reports and correspondence for management regarding customer-related updates, challenges, and order status.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge, including technical aspects.
Desired Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing capacity is highly desired.
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple and evolving priorities effectively.
Proficiency in data entry and demonstrated ability to navigate and learn various computer skills and platforms.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across various platforms and audiences.
Proficiency in mathematics, including geometry, demonstrating acute attention to detail.
Previous experience with AutoCAD is highly advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent required; AAS or BA preferred.
