PROSTAR Staffing is excited to partner with a highly respected manufacturing company in Randolph, NJ, specializing in the production and packaging of liquids, creams, and pastes.
They're currently seeking a Customer Service / Account Manager to join their growing team!
What You’ll Do:
As their key point of contact for their valued clients, you’ll ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments while driving long-term customer satisfaction and account growth.
Your role will include:
Strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying new project opportunities alongside the Sales team.
Coordinating closely with Account Management, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
Acting as a liaison between customers and the internal Project Management team for new program handoffs.
Maintaining regular communication with clients via phone, email, in-person meetings, and occasional onsite support
(up to 25% travel).
Hosting client visits, tours, audits, and line trials—working cross-functionally to deliver a top-notch experience.
Participating in policy development to streamline processes and improve service.
Monitoring industry trends and identifying growth opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
Presenting company materials and project updates to small-to-medium-sized groups.
Promoting a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
5+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel locally (up to 25%)
Professional, flexible, and quality-focused mindset
English fluency (required)
